Jessica Otten was born in Braunschweig and lives since 1994 in Cologne. She studied Germanistik, Politik and Allg. Sprachwissenschaft at the Universität zu Köln. After finishing her study she worked first in marketing agencies as IT-Supervisor and consultant, before she decided to work in the cultural sector. From 2003-2007 she was the manager of the departement marketing and PR at Schauspiel Köln. Since 2008 she´s a freelancer in the range project-management, marketing, public relations, concept and copywriting for clients out of the cultural and economic sector.
