Romy Schwarzer, an aspiring girl from Dresden, Germany, has always dreamt of becoming a well-trained and famous dancer.Thus, she studied dance at the Hochschule für Musik Köln where she has worked together with choreographers such as Amanda Miller, Massimo Gerardi, Douglas Bateman and Stephan Brinkman. In 2005 she has started working on her own creations and choreographies, which she also performed together with Kathlijn Moelans. In 2007 she has been nominated the most outstanding trainee by the annual critics’ survey of the dance magazine Ballettanz international.
