Weronika Pelczyńska was born in Warsaw. She is a graduate of the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, Austria. By profession an engineer (Warsaw Technical Academy, Faculty of Production Engineering). She used to be a member of the Bodhi Project and performed with them in Austria, Germany, Italy and Poland in cooperation with such artists as M. Kejzar, J. Nelson, V. Justice, R. Hayden, E. Braun, T. Williams, S. Sandroni. She has gained theatre experience working for three years at the Studio Buffo Theater and collaborating on the productions of the “Mufmi” Dance Theater, choreographed by A. Piotrowska. Lastly she has been working with M.Stokłosa on the piece called “Right Hemisphere”. For the past 5 months she has been working with the Johannes Wieland Company at the Staatstheater Kassel/Germany. She works also as a movement coach for actors in drama theatre. In 2003 she won a golden medal at the European Championship of Disco Dance. Her professional experience also involves taking part in television productions. Her upcoming session she will be working with D.Freeman (Random Scream Company), and M.Haduch (Unfinished Company).
