We see a woman in cheap clothes, colourful, a bit too casual maybe, a cigarette is burning in her hands, but she doesn’t inhale once. Stephanie and Flavia started a small mediation on the sublime folly of being, between disorder and nihilist dead ends, there are traces of life loving…. The solo is inspired by Nick Waplingtons photobook „Living Room“. From late 1986 Nick Waplington spent photographing two working-class families in Nottingham, spending many weekends in their homes, taking part in and recording the confused and boisterous chaos of their lives.
